To update your payment information, log in to your Back Office and select the “My Account” link at the top of the home page. From there, select the “Edit” link under the “Payment Methods Information” section. Next, select the green “New” button to add your new payment method, and then follow the prompts on the next page. Be sure the billing address matches what your financial institution has on file to ensure there are no delays in processing future orders.
If your current payment method is attached to an Autoship or is being used for My Isagenix, the system will not allow you to delete it until you’ve selected a new payment method for that program.
